Let take 114, as the number: 
Step 1: In 114, add 14 to 114. We get 128.
Step 2: Now, calculate the square of 14 i.e 196
Step 3: we need to combine 128 and 196

Step 5: put last two digit at the end. 
Answer is 12996.
